Hi Natalie,

Below you'll find some suggestions. I would recommend a bike tour in the North part of the city, since the center is extremely dangerous on bike, due to traffic and thousands of (unskilled) tourist bikers. 

My criteria were:
Activities that will interest every age
Only to be found in Amsterdam
Diversity (mix or art, science, nature and kid-orientated)
Easily reachable and affordable
