Tour information: schedules, meeting point
Participants are responsible for ensuring they know all the details concerning the tour's schedules, meeting point, duration, etc. By making a reservation, participants confirm they read all the available information regarding their tour. We are not responsible for participants' misunderstanding or misinterpretation of any information provided.

Refunds, cancellation and rebooking
In case of participants' cancellation, the following refunds policy applies:

6 days or less prior to tour date = 100% non-refundable
7 or more days prior to tour date = 50% non-refundable

Tours can be rebooked within 1 month from the date of the first reservation, but the rebooking will be always dependant on our availability. We are not responsible for loss in case rebooking is not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour every time we consider there are not the adequate conditions, such as harsh weather conditions, events or other circumstances that jeopardize the tour's quality or the participants' safety.

Personal Fitness and Personal Accident Insurance:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition for all tours: all participants should be in good physical and mental health. If you have any doubts on your level of personal fitness, you must consult your doctor. All tours require walking. Any medical condition or medication being taken that may affect your health or participation must be notified to us in writing prior to the event and must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate to verify your fitness to participate in our tours.

All events are undertaken at the participants’ own risk. We accept no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property. Personal accident insurance is strongly advised.

Assumption of Risk: You agree that you know and understand the scope, nature and extent of the risks involved in participating in Amsterdam Classic Tours, as they are described on www.amsterdamclassictours.com and cityfreetour.nl. You understand these risks include, but are not limited to: defects in the streets and sidewalks; proximity to vehicle and other traffic; poor lighting; carelessness or negligence of tour leaders or other participants; negligent instruction or supervision. YOU VOLUNTARILY, FREELY, AND EXPRESSLY CHOOSE TO INCUR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OUR ACTIVITIES, understanding that those risks may include bodily and personal injury, damage to property, disfigurement or death.

Release of Liability: You HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Amsterdam Classic Tours and its tour guides, officers, directors, affiliates, agents and employees (collectively, “Releasees”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damage, loss or injury to you or your property, or your death, while participating in any tour or other activities covered by this agreement, whether resulting from the negligence or other fault, either active or passive, of any of the Releasees, or from any other cause.

Participants with disabilities
We encourage participation of disabled passengers on our tours - Amsterdam is mostly a flat city.  We make every effort to provide such passengers with the same experience enjoyed by ambulatory participants, but we cannot accept responsibility for itinerary deviations that disabled passengers’ limitations may necessitate.

Personal Conduct:
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed to pose a risk or nuisance to others, or disturbs a tour in any way. We will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred due to unacceptable behavior.

Food, Beverage and Smoking:
All food and beverage consumed during a tour are the responsibility of the participant. We accept no responsibility or liability in this instance. The consumption of alcoholic beverages during the tours or smoking within the group’s vicinity are not allowed.

Photographs and Photography:
We reserve the right to photograph/film any event and participants, as well as to use any of such images for promotion and/or commercial purposes without further recourse or compensation.

Website:
To the best of our knowledge all information provided on our website/emails is correct. Errors, omissions and exceptions not withstanding. We do not assume responsibility or any liability for any participant’s own misunderstanding or misinterpretation of any information provided.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in our tours as long as they do not in any way intimidate or bother other tour guests or the guides. 

Children under 10
Adults with children under 10 are discouraged to join our regular tours, and our staff may refuse attendance if the children disturb other guests or the guide. Please contact us for further information, since we have family orientated tours for groups with children.
