Overview
We will be happy to help you planning your trip! For customised trip itineraries, here's our general procedure:

PLANNING YOUR TOUR
1) We have an initial discussion about your ideal itinerary and plans:

• what you have in mind
• where and when
• how many people in your group (adults, children)
• your topics of interest, etc.

2) We send you some possibilities and an approximate quote for the Trip Planning Fee for your trip. This fee will cover our work planning and preparing your trip. 

3) If you would like to proceed, we send you additional questions to determine what exactly your trip might require.  At this point we will also require a deposit to cover a fraction of the Tour Planning Fee.

4) We send you an itinerary proposal, asking for your feedback, changes, questions, etc. Once you're 100% satisfied, we will send you an estimate of the total price of your trip. 

BOOKING YOUR TOUR
6) After your approval of all the trip, we will proceed to the necessary bookings, guides, reservations etc. 
The remaining Trip planning fee and the Final Payment of your Trip costs are due at this time.

7) We send you and organised folder with all the details regarding your trip, including schedules, pick-up points, maps, etc.

Pricing
The price of your trip is based on two things:

a)     The Tour Planning Fee: our time to plan your trip, put together itineraries, contact suppliers, etc.
b)     The Trip Cost: cost of private guide, attractions, transportation, etc.

Tour Planning Fee + Trip Cost = Price of your trip

We will issue vouchers so that you can make your payments online using our booking system. If the final payment is not received, we reserve the right to release your reservations and assumes that the trip has been cancelled by you.  In this instance, our standard cancellation fees would apply.

Trip Cancellation
All money paid towards the Tour Planning Fee is non-refundable. The Trip Costs are subject to cancellation penalties depending on how late you cancel. 

If you cancel your trip, the following fees will apply:

60+    Trip Planning Fee (non-refundable)
30-15    50% of Trip Costs + Trip Planning Fee
0-14   100% of Trip Costs + Trip Planning Fee

Changes to Your Trip
It is possible to do minor changes to the itinerary once the trip is confirmed and the bookings made, within reason and with sufficient advance notice.  We will try our best to accommodate your requests.  However, major changes will incur additional planning fees and/or non-refundable deposit payments in addition to the amount initially quoted.
